Facial recognition and motion sensors!
This is another five nights at Freddy’s theory.
Remember day three where the phone guy said go limp and play dead? Then remember how on day one he says the animatronics only see you as an exoskeleton?
I believe that they don’t see us at all.
The things on the eyes are motion sensors, not eyes. Which is why on the description for FNAF2 it mentioned facial recognition.
The originals can’t see you, which also explains the bite of 87. I don’t think they wanted to actually hurt the person who got bit, they’ve mistaken it for an exoskeleton out of costume. So of course they went after it! Which is why they’re not aloud to rome around during the day.
This is also why in the trailer the mask appears to be being used against an old foxy. Because the NEW ones are hunting the old. Being seen with a Freddy/bonnie mask (I explained how its both in a later post) would trigger them to kill you.
So why don’t the old robots kill you when you have the original on if they have motion sensors? I think its all eyes again. The the eyes on the mask you are using will glow red because they work. Meaning you also have a motion sensor. I think that’s why they won’t attack, they can tell you Also have a sensor.
This leads me to one last thing that I also just had a huge realization on. The red warning sign seen when Foxy’s around, or seen on the map. Is that a motion sensor that detects thing like that? Is that why it wasn’t seen in the first one, because it’s with the mask?
And one more thing Foxy isn’t trying to hurt you. That scream is her trying to communicate with you but You have an heart attack. But she’s not wanting to hurt you, she wants to try and hide with you. She’s so beat down that her sensors don’t work anymore and the other animatronics are trying to get her as well.
